We confirm the care and the total
Your £5 comes off. You pay the rest, and then work begins.

Paying the balance
Once we've confirmed the care your pair needs, you'll have seven days to settle the balance. We'll send a reminder on day three and a final one on day six.
If it's still outstanding after that, we check again before doing anything; nothing is returned on a technicality.
After you order
We'll email you postage instructions and a tracked Royal Mail label so you can send your pair to us.
Pack them in a sturdy box with the gaps filled, so nothing moves in transit.
We photograph every pair on arrival, and nothing beyond the confirmed care happens without your yes.
Sending more than one pair? Each pair starts with its own £5, and each £5 comes off that pair's total. We'll confirm the care for every pair.

Quality Control Check
Every pair inspected before it ships home
You're never out of pocket for work we can't do.
If we can't carry out the treatment safely and appropriately, or your pair doesn't need any treatment, we refund your £5 in full and return your pair unworked.
If we recommend a different treatment, we'll explain it and agree the next step with you before we issue the confirmed balance. If the treatment you chose isn't suitable and you'd rather not go ahead with the alternative, we refund your £5.
Changed your mind before we've inspected your pair? We refund your £5 in full.
If you decide not to go ahead after we've inspected your pair and confirmed a treatment we can carry out, we'll return it unworked, free of charge, and keep the £5 as payment for that inspection work. You won't pay anything further.
