Then you pay the cheaper price, and your £5 still comes off. If you chose REFRESH Plus and REFRESH Lite is right for your pair, your total is £20, so your balance is £15.

REFRESH is a deeper, material-aware clean; including interiors, odour and textured materials. REFRESH Plus is cautious premium care for valuable, delicate, vintage or unpredictable pairs, worked on by our most experienced cleaners. If your pair is everyday suede or mesh that's simply dirty, REFRESH will do the same job for less.

If it's light surface dirt, Lite will handle it. If the dirt is in the weave, or the pair has been wet, choose REFRESH; that's what the material-specific stage is for.
