HOW WE WORK
Knowing when to stop is the skill.
Every REFRESH Plus pair is worked on by our most experienced cleaners. We test every product on a hidden area before it touches a visible one, work in smaller stages with longer drying between them, and stop to reassess rather than push on.
Where a mark can't be removed safely, we leave it and tell you. A pair with its character intact is worth more than one that's been over-cleaned.

Questions about REFRESH Plus
Is it safe to post a valuable pair
Send them in a sturdy box with tracked postage, and photograph them before they go. We photograph every pair the moment it arrives, so the condition is recorded on both sides.
What if the material reacts badly
It shouldn't, because we patch-test on a hidden area first. If a material behaves unexpectedly we stop, photograph it, and contact you before going any further.
Do you work on customs or painted pairs
Often, yes. Carefully, and only after testing. Paint behaves differently depending on how it was applied, so send a photo with your order and we'll tell you what we think is realistic.
Is REFRESH Plus worth it over REFRESH
Only if the material or the value of the pair calls for it. If your pair is everyday suede or mesh that's simply dirty, REFRESH will do the same job for less. We'd rather tell you that than sell you the higher tier.
