Surface dirt and everyday scuffs lift out well. Deep staining, yellowing and marks that have set in over years often won't; that's the honest limit of an exterior clean, not a verdict on your pair.
Questions about REFRESH Lite
Is REFRESH Lite enough for my pair?
If the dirt is on the surface and the materials are everyday ones, yes. If they've been through wet weather, smell, or the dirt has worked into suede or mesh, REFRESH will get further. Not sure? Send a photo and we'll tell you.
What if you open the box and they need more than Lite?
We'll message you with what we'd recommend and what it costs. Nothing extra happens without your yes. If we don't think we can improve them, we'll say so and send them back to you unchanged.
How should I pack them?
A sturdy box is best. Take the laces out, wrap each shoe, and fill any gaps so they can't move around in transit.
