Some marks don't come out. We'll always tell you which.
Results depend on age, material and how long a mark has been there. We photograph every pair on arrival, tell you what we expect to achieve, and agree the total with you before any work begins. If a clean won't help, we'll say so rather than take your money for it.
The most sustainable pair is the one you already own.
Looking after the pair you have keeps it on your feet and out of landfill for longer. Cleaning and repairing a good pair takes a fraction of what goes into making a new one.
